We renovated the store to add more seats and tables and doubled the capacity! It’s still small and cozy but more comfortable and washrooms are open to our customers. Invite your friends and share a special moment while watching us bake across the glass!
This year for Christmas, we have 4 kinds of yule logs:
- “Aurore“: a combination of raspberry and litchi mousses on a rose-flavoured gluten free almond cake.
- “Trois Chocolats“: a crunchy chocolate cake with layers of dark, milk and white chocolate (Valhrona Araguani single origin Venezuela 72% dark, Valrhona Bahibe 38% milk and Valrhona Ivoire)
- “Mandarin” mandarin orange and chocolate mousses on hazelnut shortbread. Just the right balance of sweet and sour!
- “Praliné“: a classic but always popular rolled genoise cake with Valrhona praliné buttercream.
3-4 servings: $15 - 6-8 servings: $30 - 10-12 servings: $50 – Please pre-order by December 18 for a pick up on the 23 or 24.
This year we will sell chocolate Santas (about 8 inches tall) and chocolate boots filled with goodies. All made with French organic chocolate. Seasonal cookies and confections will make great stocking stuffers: crunchy Caramelia chocolate balls (like mini-maltesers), Zanzibar (chocolate and ginger chewy cookies)
